We offer a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee on all retail orders. If you are not fully satisfied with your order you may send it back to us for a full refund (minus original shipping expenses). Please contact us before returning your order. Wholesale Orders

FineArtGems.com offers a generous wholesale discount to vendors or customers who purchase $100 or more of our gemstone jewelry per order; at present, we do not offer wholesale prices for our silver jewelry. Please contact us and ask us for our wholesale rates. We will then email you a password that you can use to access the wholesale rates on our website. You may then purchase wholesale directly from our website.

Returns

FineArtGems.com will accept returns on retail sales within 30 days of your receiving your jewelry. Shipping charges will not be refunded and you must pay postage to return the item/s. In order to ensure a full and prompt refund, please contact us at sales@fineartgems.com or 1-888-925-5326 before returning any item/s. All item/s returned to us must be in the same condition as to when they were received for a full refund.
